Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

The payment methods currently available for your order are shown at checkout. Cash on delivery is available for eligible orders within Jordan.

I think I was charged twice. What should I do?

Send us your order number and the transaction details through WhatsApp or email. We will check the order and payment records with you.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us as quickly as possible. If production, personalization or dispatch has not started, we may still be able to make a change. Once a customized order is already in production or an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Personalization

Can you engrave in Arabic and English?

Yes. Many Rassme products can be personalized in Arabic or English. Available personalization options are shown on the product page, and you can contact us for special requests.

Can I order customized quantities for a company or event?

Yes. We prepare corporate gifts, awards, giveaways and customized quantities. Contact us with the product, quantity, deadline and any logo or engraving requirements.

Store & Delivery

Do you have a physical location?

Yes. You can visit us at Mecca Mall in Amman, Jordan. Our listed working hours are 12 PM–8 PM, seven days a week.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International delivery is available to supported destinations. Delivery time depends on the destination, shipping service and the amount of customization required.

How can I track my order?

When tracking is available, you will receive shipping information after dispatch. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact us and we will help investigate.

About Rassme

What does “Rassme” mean?

“Rassme” (رسمي) means “formal” in Arabic. The name reflects our roots in personalized formal gifts, office pieces, awards and meaningful keepsakes.

Where do your products come from?

Many products are created, customized or finished in Jordan, while others are selected from makers and suppliers in different countries. Product details may vary by item.
